Recruited as a Community Manager to support the Facebook Community Manager Collective, a JV between Convosight and Meta in a 2-month project within the Facebook Community Learning Labs (Europe) community Moderated a 900+ community of managed partners, facilitating meaningful conversations between the team and partners, sustaining brand and messaging standards throughout Pivoted in April 2023 to drive measurable impacts within Meta’s community program, Power Admins Global 18.5k members through the creation and cultivation of conversations with community members as a Brand Ambassador Fosters peer-to-peer connections, inclusive engagement, and support while moderating community contributions Educates members on group features, community management best practices and community culture Provides holiday cover for online communities, stepping in as a Community Manager to ensure seamless moderation and engagement during periods of absence
