As a Research Portfolio Manager in NASA’s Natural Sciences Client Support Office, I coordinate and validate scientific experiments from academia, industry, and government for flight aboard the International Space Station (ISS). In my dual role as a Life Sciences Integrator, I guide investigations through feasibility assessment, mission integration, on-orbit operations, and dissemination of results. My clients include NASA’s Biological and Physical Sciences Division, the ISS National Laboratory, and the Human Research Program, with a current focus on rodent model payloads. Previously, I spent over 20 years in academic research, including 12 years in infectious disease laboratories (BSL2–ABSL3).

Our office oversees the full payload integration process for ISS science investigations—managing feasibility assessments, payload acceptance, mission integration, on-orbit execution, and the communication of scientific results. Our primary clients include NASA’s Biological and Physical Sciences Division (BPS), the ISS National Laboratory, and the Human Research Program (HRP).
