I am Chief Business Officer and SVP at the Akron Zoo. I serve on the Executive Team and participate in all decision making regarding operations and strategic direction of the Akron Zoo. I oversee the Finance, IT, and Facilities & Grounds departments. This combines oversight of all physical and financial assets of the Akron Zoo. Included in these responsibilities are all financial reporting, daily maintenance, strategic planning, internal controls, trouble-shooting complex issues, compliance (specifically IT related), etc. I am responsible for ensuring my departments are accurate and transparent in our reporting, and protect the financial position and operations of the Zoo.
