ABOUT MELL T. MEUS

Not acting in an individual capacity. Individual is a licensed MLO working at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. Licensed Mortgage Banker- N.Y.S. Department of Financial Services. For three years, I worked in Pioneer Bank’s residential loan department where I handled working with the secondary market, escrow, and servicing. During that time, I discovered my passion for helping people achieve their home financing dreams. My goal as a Loan Originator is to get my clients into their dream home as soon as possible. I want to be the source of education and information for my clients so they are aware of and understand every step made in one of the biggest investments most people will ever make. If I can\'t help you today, I will coach you so that you can trust me to help when you’re ready to move forward. I understand the frustration and misguidance that exists so greatly in the industry and I am here to work against that. I believe it is my job to educate my clients on how to make the process as smooth and easy as possible, and I\'m motivated to help those who are nervous about buying a home because of the investment surrounding it. I take pride in my responsiveness and availability to my clients. I strive to be available whenever my clients may need me in whatever way is most convenient for them. Outside of the office, I enjoy practicing mixed martial arts and kickboxing and I am always looking to learn something new. I also love taking part in local charity events and I am a member of the Saratoga Elks Club which hosts many community events that raise money to support various charities and help provide scholarships to high school graduates. I\'m not a big bank that leaves you hanging if you\'re not ready to buy, I\'m going to work with you and coach you until we can get you to the closing table.
