The company provides SaaS solutions designed to empower K-12 school districts in creating safe, effective, and engaging digital learning environments, enabling educators to better manage, monitor, and enhance the student learning experience in today\'s digital age.Select Projects• Manifest V3: Selected to lead a mission critical project managing the transition from Google Manifest V2 (MV2) to Manifest V3 (MV3), ensuring successful delivery of updated browser extensions critical to GoGuardian\'s platforms.• Beacon Starter & Core: Managed the delivery of a groundbreaking student safety solution for K-12 that uses machine learning to alert school administrators of at-risk students.• Beacon 24/7: Managed the delivery of a 24/7 system where a dedicated team of 12 safety specialists review and escalate imminent threat alerts on behalf of the school administrators. Created a secured portal for the safety specialists to use to manage the workflow of incoming alerts including phone calls to schools and email facilitation through Zendesk integration. • Accessibility: Vetted, negotiated and onboarded third party vendors to audit and remediate accessibility violations.
