My diverse, global experience covers several manufacturing industries, including Medical, Building Products, Semi-conductor equipment, IVD, Biotech, Analytical, Industrial, Electronics, and Chemical. I love the diversity and unique challenges that each industry and market faces. I\'ve found that the important skills and experiences are very transferable between industries.My passions are people and process. I\'m a process thinker, especially for those business processes that often get overlooked. My most rewarding times in my career have been coaching and leading my team to success.
