The Director of Advocacy is the issue advocacy and statehouse program lead, meaning she is the primary strategic decision maker from January to June. She oversees the New Frontiers program, and is the day-to-day director of communications and organizing staff from July-December while the Vice President is leading our electoral work. She will take point on legislative and local issue advocacy, work with the communication and organizing staff on our public engagement strategy, and lead collaboration with other advocacy organizations. She also is the primary coordinator for Loud Light issue advocacy communications and digital organizing tools (such as EA/VAN, Scale to Win, etc).
