Helping build and lead TPCi’s first-ever internal communications function, working as a “player coach” to provide counsel across the company while establishing best practices and facilitating all company-wide communications- Manage all aspects of internal communications across the organization, establishing best practices and guidelines for communicating to global employee audience- Act as communications advisor for leaders across the company, building communications campaigns and bill of materials, advising on timing, messaging and delivery of all large-scale communications to employees- Support culture and engagement, working closely with teams supporting DEI, CSR, product launches and company events- Build necessary tools to support function, including team email box, intake form, editorial calendar, and style and voice guidelines. Built Manager Portal to provide a secure place for managers to access the tools and information needed to lead and support their teams- Facilitate employee listening sessions to better understand concerns and needs related to returning to the office- Serve as a member of the Business Continuity Taskforce, providing executive leadership team with guidance related to employee health and safety related to COVID-19.
