ABOUT MELISSA PROCTOR

As a fire-tested senior communications professional with more than 15 years of employee communications experience, I’m driven by a passion for finding where employee experience, engagement, communications, and company culture intersect. Having worked both as a consultant and in-house expert, I have hands-on experience applying best practices and guidelines to strategic employee communication campaigns for Microsoft, T-Mobile, and Volvo Car Americas. In addition, I have built internal communications functions for brands including The Pokémon Company International (TPCi), Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, and Gates Ventures. Over the past few years, I have helped guide internal and external clients through the rapidly changing workplace landscape, providing calm, reliable, tailored counsel related to engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and COVID-19. I know each company — and their workforce — is unique and understand the importance of providing counsel and strategies that align with each organization’s culture and goals.
