About Melissa Sipple
If living on cruise ships and working with people from more than 70 countries taught me anything, it is that a more connected world is a more peaceful world. Mark Twain said, “Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness” because experiencing a new place, people, and culture reveals the common humanity in all of us.I’ve had amazing opportunities to witness this firsthand while hiking through the Alps, taking a cooking class in Thailand, rowing a Viking ship in Norway, and dancing at a street festival in Colombia. I still want to buy a rug for my home from a Moroccan market, visit Petra and the Taj Mahal, volunteer to protect the Great Barrier Reef, and so much more! In the meantime, I want to make it easy for others to collect their own unforgettable travel memories and gain a new perspective on living, learning, and thinking.
