Not satisfied to simply be a solo consultant out in the world on my own, I am also a Co-Founder and serve on the Board at Colmena Consulting, My solo firm, Jeanius Lab, LLC, provides its services exclusively through the collective at Colmena.We are a radical cooperative of consultants, coaches & change-makers with social justice values. We disrupt business as usual to create a workplace that centers holistic abundance. Our mission is to nourish a healthy colmena (hive), benefiting our members and creating change through transformative client projects in the world. We envision a more equitable and sustainable business landscape that is regenerative, benefiting workers, partners, and society at large. We are a majority Latina- and Black-led producer cooperative committed to collective liberation. We are big thinkers, inventors, problem solvers, and ready to take action and make things different —envisioning a world beyond the current limitations.
