   After building and scaling the HCM practice in previous roles, I moved into a new position to further expand new business opportunities, and enhance existing relationships in the Infor community. In this role, I partner with marketing, sales, and operations to craft innovative offerings that assist our clients in creating more efficient, profitable, analytics-driven organizations. I balance strategic vision with day-to-day operations, including cultivating relationships and overseeing significant technology implementations. • Provide leadership and influence to enable companies with 1,200 to employees to capture meaningful data on their workforces, in order to build analytics to utilize trends for decision making and improving People operations. • Rally teams to roll out tailored systems and processes for talent management, human capital planning, and other areas of People operations. • Foster partnerships with other players in the market to offer variable solutions to organizations based on their needs, level of change readiness and technical expertise of their incumbent teams. • Position RPI at the forefront of the enterprise technology space as thought leader and go-to resource for education and insightful content presented at conferences and user groups. Increase credibility and differentiation via major events including the HCM Roadmapping Festival (created from scratch), a three-day event inspired by music festivals like South by Southwest (SXSW).
