Responsible for the recruitment of information technology professionals for contract, contract to hire, and permanent placement opportunities nationally -Manage the full lifecycle of candidate placement, including sourcing, conducting initial phone screenings and technical assessments, interview preparation, and closing/offer -Present offer letters and review employment/confidentiality agreements -Review new hire paperwork (medical/dental/eye insurance and 401K enrollment, life insurance, I9, direct deposit, ethics agreement, etc.)-Negotiate annual salaries, hourly rates, and contractual agreements with candidates and sub-contracting agencies salary and hourly rates with candidates as well as benefits options -Identify candidates through cold calling, lead generation, internet recruiting and professional networking -Work with candidates on H1B visas, Green Cards, EADs, TN visas, and US Citizens -Format resumes to fit a uniform template, ensuring grammatical accuracy -Coordinate and schedule client interviews with candidates -Meet, stay connected, and network with candidates and consultants on a regular basis -Partner with account managers to understand detailed job descriptions and on the status of candidates -Interview, mentor and train Recruiting Administrators and new Recruiters
