My role encompasses strategic leadership in talent management, policy development, compliance, compensation, benefits, and learning & development.Key Responsibilities: HR Leadership & Strategy – Oversee the HR team’s operations, set department goals, and align HR initiatives with business objectives. Policy & Compliance – Develop, implement, and interpret company policies, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. Compensation & Benefits – Manage firm-wide compensation programs, conduct benchmarking analyses, and oversee benefits administration, including annual renewals and compliance.
