Fosters relationships between the Bureau and the private and non-profit sectors of the Greater Lansing region to further community connectivity and destination development- Manage 2 employees, the Membership & Visitor Services Coordinator and the Visitor Services Coordinator - Develops and implements member benefits, services, programs, and promotions for membership development- Coordinates Member & CTA events, including seminars, networking mixers, annual meetings & Holiday Showcase- Ensure diversity of membership to address the heritage and makeup of the Greater Lansing Community- Responsible for prospecting and maintaining the over 500 members of Choose Lansing- Manages the Certified Tourism Ambassador program\'s development and growth through recruitment efforts for continued enrollment, renewal activities, program promotion, and coordination of networking and educational events- Represents Choose Lansing at meetings sponsored by national, state, and local organizations related to membership and CTA.
