About Melissa Marsh
I am an experienced professional in the nonprofit and human services sector with a passion for empowering vulnerable populations. I love hearing about and supporting initiatives focused on children and adolescents, mental health, disaster relief, STEM and education, autism, accessibility, chronic and serious illness, healthcare and global health initiatives, animal welfare, and DEIB. I am especially interested in how the corporate world and nonprofit sector can build mutually beneficial relationships through corporate social responsibility, social impact, and employee volunteer engagement. Currently, in my role as a Training and Development Consultant Manager at the Crisis Prevention Institute I am thrilled to be supporting professionals in healthcare, education, and human services in providing nonviolent crisis intervention training to their staff. Our goal is to promote the Care, Welfare, Safety, and Security of all- patients, students, clients, residents, AND staff members. It is a privilege to provide implementation support, problem solving, and sometimes an empathic ear to our certified instructors on the front line supporting vulnerable populations.
