About Melissa Labonge
As the Senior Associate Director, Constituent Event, Partnerships, I work with my Director to manage the National Team Program portfolio for the Walk to End Alzheimer\'s, The Longest Day and The Ride to ENDALZ. Our almost 100 corporate and membership organizations raise more than $18 million annually. Working with these amazing, committed organizations to engage their communities allows us to expand the reach of our care and support services, helping more families today, while increasing revenue for care, support, and research of Alzheimer\'s and all other Dementia.I train and coach both our local field staff and our partner organizations, to be successful while emphasizing the importance of employee wellness both internally through self care or externally through our incredible Care and Support resources for family caregivers. I’m also a certified wellness coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and an aspiring Positive Intelligence coach and am building a coaching business where I can be a perimenopause positive resource, who guides and supports those on their journey through their menopause transition while also coaching toward overall mental, emotional health, and wellnessSpecialties: Training, Relationship Building, Corporate Sponsorship, Account Management, Customer Service, Event Production, Event Management, Public Speaking, Sales, and Fundraising.
