Medicaid Managed Care Transformation – Communications Lead to assist state department of health and human services through the transformation to Medicaid managed care. Designed key messages, roll-out plans, communications plan, and materials to message the most significant change to Medicaid program in more than 40 years to millions of beneficiaries, thousands of providers and numerous payer organizations.
