Also partnered with the CAO, CMCAO, and senior executive team to align and drive initiatives to achieve the TPMG mission and vision for 19 Northern California service areas. • Serve as CEO’s ambassador and representative within Kaiser Permanente, The Permanente Medical Group, Mid-Atlantic States Permanente Medical Group, and The Permanente Federation. • Manage CEO strategic affairs including internal and external off-sites, conferences, and board of directors/senior leadership meetings. • Develop presentation materials, talking points, agendas, announcements, send-alls, etc. • Manage CEO meeting agendas and deliver summaries for action items and initiatives. • Liaison and escalation point between CEO and senior executives, 10K+ physicians, 45k employees, and 4M members and patients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic goals and track key performance indicators. • Coordinate all senior leadership elections/campaigns/appointments including CEO communications, surveys, town halls, interviews, and ballots. • Strategic content development on programs and events for more than 10k physicians. • Built and manage the administrative system that guides day-to-day operations for the Office of the CEO including oversight for the 10 highest level executive assistants. • Operate at a strategic, operational, and tactical level overseeing projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or relating to the CEO. • Review and draft correspondence for the CEO as appropriate from multiple CEO inboxes • Compose nominations for regional and national awards. • Northern California Permanente Medicine Brand Manager.
