I led executive hiring and talent strategy for top advertising agencies and global brands, collaborating with creative directors and C-suites to build teams and shape departments. I also stood in the shoes of the creatives I helped hire. With a background in Art Direction, I’ve always understood both the art and structure behind great work—and what it takes to build a career that feels meaningful.
