Duties include, but are not limited to- Play key role in development and review of yearly strategic plans and campaign plans, as well as end of year recap reports - Participate in onsite client strategic planning - Oversee planning, production and review process of four patient video shoots; including identifying organic growth opportunity for continued work - Oversee preparation and attend multiple media days for celebrity spokespeople - Draft and review press releases, key messages, Q&A, internal comms, social media posts, etc- Work with client LMR review processes and work with the team to apply to future materials - Manage and delegate to junior staff and direct reports, including navigating difficult conversations - Foster growth and development of junior staff - Build relationships with vendors and other external stakeholders (partner agencies, patients, etc.)- Play key role in the development and presentation of multiple virtual and in-person new business pitches - Manage projections, forecasts, accruals, budget tracking and invoicing
