Leads Compensation, Benefits and HRIS teams (24 direct/indirect reports), overseeing program administration, technology and service delivery and managing team performance and development activities- Designs strategies and client solutions to increase employee engagement, reduce turnover and pay equity issues, and increase retention- Directs annual total rewards processes, providing project management, communications and change management for the following: goal setting, performance evaluations, and merit allocation; incentive payouts; annual market analysis; benefits planning and open enrollment; and wellness program- Evaluates and improves processes, policies and practices to guide total rewards program administration- Implements and optimizes technology to support business processes- Provides support to the Executive Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors, partnering with external consultants to conduct the executive market review and preparing recommendations and materials for committee approval.
