I provide strategic, financial, and administrative leadership for the Child Study Center, Department of Pediatrics, and Department of Psychiatry at the Yale School of Medicine. As a senior director, I facilitate business and departmental growth, strategic planning, and program development. I also work to integrate business operation and financial functions to encourage quality, efficiency, and standardization. The scope of my responsibilities includes clinical finance and administration, research administration, faculty affairs, and staff administration. I oversee an annual operating budget of approximately $370 million, including over $175 million in research grants and $170 million in clinical revenue, and lead a team of 70 people supporting more than 1,800 faculty, staff, and trainees.
