ABOUT MELISSA DI DONATO

I am the Chair and CEO of Kyriba, a financial technology SaaS platform that empowers CFOs, Treasurers, and IT leaders to connect, protect, forecast, and optimise their liquidity. Since joining Kyriba in 2023, I have led the business on its journey to become the global leader in liquidity performance, achieving record-breaking growth and being recognized as one of the world’s top fintechs and fastest-growing companies. I’m based in the United Kingdom and passionate about supporting the country’s ambition to become an international technology hub. In addition to my work with Kyriba, I serve on the boards of JP Morgan Europe and Porsche AG. I also sit on the Department for Business and Trade’s SME Digital Adoption Taskforce, which delivered recommendations for unlocking the full potential of small- and medium-sized enterprises through digitalisation and innovation.I started my career in the US and have worked in the technology sector for more than 20 years, holding senior leadership roles at some of the world’s leading technology companies, including IBM, SAP, and Salesforce. Prior to Kyriba, I served as the CEO of SUSE where I led the multi-billion Euro company to trade on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.I am a passionate advocate for creating opportunities for others in the workplace and mentoring the next generation through expanded access to STEM education. In 2020, I co-founded Inner Wings, a foundation dedicated to building confidence in children.
