Melissa also spent cumulatively 15 years at Delta Air Lines, where she last served as Head of Talent Acquisition for Delta’s largest division of over 30K employees globally. While at Delta, she held leadership positions across corporate functions including Global Talent, Learning and Development, and the HR Business Partner organization. She led significant organizational restructures, spearheaded large-scale change management initiatives, and contributed to creating a highly engaged, high-performing organization. Melissa is a lifelong learner, an accredited Executive Coach, and has achieved multiple certifications ranging from Strategic HR Management to Logic & Critical Reasoning. She loves spending time in her favorite city - Charleston, being a wife, mom, and serving her community.
