I have projects across the People and Organisational Development portfolio including team and organisational culture interventions, strategic organisational change projects (including HR & Finance Transformation), selection and assessment interventions, and leadership development and training design and delivery. I am an ILM qualified coach and lead for our coaching scheme, where an internal pool of qualified coaches support leaders and staff to reach their potential. This involves responsibility for their ongoing CPD, resources to support their practice and ongoing support where needed. I am also lead for our mentoring scheme and hold responsibility for the training, CPD and ongoing support for our mentor pool and mentees. I previously led on a leadership development and research scholarship for students. This scholarship provides opportunities for students to complete a research project, a leadership programme and a leadership placement. It also required me to hold responsibility for a significant budget to resource and deliver this programme.
