Senior Director of Development
Jun 2022 — Present · Forest Grove, OR, US
As Senior Director of Development, I advance Pacific University’s fundraising efforts by managing the Gift Officer, Stewardship, and Prospect Management teams. My role focuses on building strong philanthropic partnerships, deepening donor engagement, and ensuring the success of our fundraising initiatives.I oversee the Gift Officer team, strengthening donor relationships through strategic engagement and performance tracking. At the same time, I lead the Prospect Management team, guiding portfolio development and leveraging tools like Windfall to enhance fundraising strategy. Stewardship is equally vital, and I work closely with the Director of Donor Stewardship to implement meaningful donor recognition programs. In addition to leading these teams, I personally manage a donor portfolio, conduct regional and national visits, develop tailored proposals, and oversee the fund establishment process. This work allows me to collaborate closely with Deans, faculty, and university leadership to align philanthropic efforts with institutional priorities.Beyond fundraising, I serve as an ex-officio representative on the College of Optometry Advisory Council and as Secretary of the University’s Honors & Awards Committee.
