I support the Director of Information Technology and Security, the Managing Director of Impact Investing, and departmental staff with scheduling appointments, arranging travel, expense reimbursement, processing invoices, renewing contracts, and maintaining department files. Working in close coordination with my Directors, I proactively managed the administrative details of the departments. One of my key responsibilities is to ensure the timely processing of all payments. I carefully process and track all IT and Impact Investing billing, diligently following up on payment and credit requests and liaising with vendors regarding services and invoices. I also attentively manage and reconcile my P-Card invoices and reports, underscoring my unwavering commitment to efficient financial management.Contracts are meticulously tracked and processed on a timely basis, ensuring accuracy. I diligently keep Smartsheet and contract files current and promptly process and track contracts. Regular reviews and discussions with my Directors ensured that upcoming renewals and quotes were always on our radar. I contact vendors for new and renewing contracts to obtain quotes and other necessary documentation. I follow all Legal Department procedures and communicate clearly with all parties, demonstrating my thoroughness and commitment to legal compliance.
