AES Drilling Fluids has an entrepreneurial culture with strong leadership and experience as well as deep roots and appreciation for the communities in which we operate. We have experienced explosive growth over the last few years and have maintained a unique environment where team work and core family values still matter. My goal as The Talent Acquisition Manager is to identify talented people who share our passion for excellence, have an interest in growth and will bring their best to our rock solid team. We take tremendous pride in the retention of our employees. In the Trainer function I am striving to ensure that Safety remains our top priority. We offer a plethora of training options to develop employees and management and we are working hard to create new and innovative training.
