Provide management and leadership within the San Diego region. Manage the functions of a team in different community association\'s while maintaining standards of excellence for processes, methods and personnel. Mentor and support community association managers and Board of Directors. Act as a liaison to ensure quality service is delivered, Board expectations are met and to assist with resolution and questions/problems. Develop and implement marketing strategies for the San Diego region, including assisting with costing new contracts and conducting presentations to perspective clients. Oversee training and cross training programs to ensure that all employees, directly or indirectly, are aware of and comply with any changes in company policy, government policy, work procedures and deadlines.
