ABOUT MELISSA BLEWITT

I build meaningful relationships and compelling narratives that connect people to purpose. With over a decade of experience across fundraising, marketing, PR and third-sector communications, I specialise in strategy-led storytelling that builds trust, drives engagement and delivers real-world impact.Currently, I’m Fundraising, Communications & Relationships Manager at Maggs, where I lead integrated income generation, corporate partnerships, campaigns and communications for a frontline homelessness charity. Alongside this, I’m a Trustee at WMRSASC and Worcestershire Community Foundation, contributing strategic oversight, governance and advocacy across the violence against women and girls and community investment sectors. My work sits at the intersection of strategy and heart — aligning organisational priorities with authentic messaging, strong partnerships and evidence-led impact to support vulnerable communities and drive meaningful change.Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running to reset, baking to slow down, reading to reimagine what’s possible… or at a live gig singing along far too enthusiastically — and navigating the joy and chaos of raising a small human. I believe the best leadership — and the best storytelling — comes from presence, empathy, clarity, and a very good cup of coffee.
