Why would I stay at a company for 15 years? I get to fix the talent and recruiting problems that affect 150 employees and 500+ contractors. Whether it\'s training future managers, mentoring new employees, or creating a project plan, I\'m there for them. I know every choice talent makes has an impact on someone\'s life.
