I began my healthcare journey as a physical therapist in the acute care setting, where I developed a deep appreciation for interdisciplinary collaboration, complex patient care, and fast-paced decision-making. Over time, I had the privilege of leading a rehabilitation team and contributing to hospital-wide strategic initiatives, including accreditation readiness and system improvement.After completing my Master’s in Healthcare Administration in 2023, I transitioned into quality, risk, and compliance leadership within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike and Ryan White Grantee setting. In my current role as Compliance and Risk Officer, I oversee regulatory alignment, contract governance, and organizational policy while collaborating across departments to drive performance, safety, and meaningful patient outcomes. I also represent our organization in community workforce initiatives and cross-sector partnerships that extend our impact beyond the clinic.At the core of my work is a commitment to excellence, compassionate leadership, and a belief that high quality systems and processes empower healthcare teams to provide safe, equitable, and effective care.

Lead policy governance, contract oversight, and clinical incident response while advancing strategic initiatives through cross-sector partnerships, workforce development, and community collaboration. Serve as HIPAA Privacy and Security Officer and Title VI/Section 1557 Coordinator.
