And what really matters to us is not short-term profit, but the impact we make. •Lead PU Demand Plan working closely together with Sales to ensure the most accurate demand plan. •Drive weekly and monthly analysis to understand trends in sales vs. plan to bridge between short-term execution and long term planning. •Collaborate with PU Supply Chain, Group Supply Chain, Sales & Finance team. •Ensure the quality of the demand plan (0-18 months) for the specific PU •Follow up forecast accuracy and bias and drive actions to improve with Sales •Monthly review of statistical forecast model •Develop overview of the main assumption driving the demand plan •Develop good sales company & customer relationships •Build required Demand Planning Competences in Sales Companies •Governance role around PU Demand Review •Key focal point towards Finance Community in driving Demand Planning Process
