   As Director of Grants, I lead the full grants strategy for a multi-state network of public charter schools, overseeing grant acquisition, compliance, funder relationships, and long-range funding strategy across California, Ohio, Michigan, South Carolina, and Florida. I research and evaluate funding opportunities, develop competitive narratives, coordinate multi-campus data and performance metrics, and manage complex state and federal requirements.I collaborate closely with school leadership, finance, CTE, wellness, and operations teams to align grant opportunities with organizational priorities and student needs. My work spans CTE, alternative education, whole-child supports, workforce development, community schools, mental health, innovation models, and federal competitive grants.
