   Brought in to completely restructure the Mortgage Lending and Servicing Departments, with full responsibility for oversight of Origination, Underwriting, and Servicing operations. Develop and/or review department policies and procedures, establish department goals within defined timelines, manage mortgage originations and workflow, and assist in the sale and delivery of mortgage loans bought or sold in the secondary market. Lead ongoing initiatives for improving quality, efficiency, productivity, and compliance, while maintaining a relentless focus on customer service and satisfaction. • Within one year, streamlined the entire Origination Department and transitioned it to a 100% paperless environment, while taking in 894 applications (including pre-approvals) and closing 415, generating $150M+ revenue, of which 90% were sold on the secondary market. • Improved turnaround time from 90+ days to ~30 days within 5 months, significantly enhancing the level of customer and employee satisfaction, in addition to delivering 8 consecutive months of clean audits with no findings. • Developed several new products and secured approval to offer new first-time home buyer products (not previously offered); currently in process in getting the bank approved to provide FHA and VA loans. • Work with system providers to streamline processes and procedures, ensure accuracy and compliance, manage user security access, and utilize applications to the fullest capacity. • Review recommendations for loans exceeding loan limit guidelines for presentation to Credit Committee and/or Board of Directors meetings.
