I have been working as an IT recruiter since the start of my career in Japan. Over the years, I have recruited for a wide range of IT roles, and more recently, have also assisted my clients with hiring for roles in Product, Sales, and Customer Success. I enjoy my job because it allows me to act as a bridge between professionals seeking career changes and companies looking to expand their teams. In addition to sourcing, I have experience with 360 recruitment and account management. My goal is always to challenge myself and grow, while continuing to help others. I have had the opportunity to work in three different markets (Japan, Spain, and the US), which has given me the chance to learn about the unique dynamics of each market and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill sets.
