I am a Director in KPMG\'s Financial Services Practice, focused on Customer Solutions - Product Management, Marketing & Sales Integration, Customer and Seller Experience, and digital transformation. From consulting across Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management for 12 years, I understand that the financial services landscape can be complex to navigate for customers, which is why I’m passionate about transforming the customer experience for all constituents, partners and customers in the sector.
