ABOUT MELISSA VANWART

I’m passionate about building healthy, efficient, and sustainable environments — because I believe the spaces we work and live in have a direct impact on how we feel, perform, and connect.After more than a decade in business development, helping organizations grow through strong partnerships, I’ve recently transitioned from the recruitment industry into a partnership and business development role within the preventative maintenance sector. This new chapter allows me to build on the community relationships I’ve developed over the past 11 years, while focusing on helping organizations protect their assets, reduce environmental impact, and operate more efficiently.What drives me most are the values of ownership mentality and nurturing environments; where collaboration, trust, and long-term relationships thrive. At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to create meaningful partnerships that help buildings and the people within them perform at their best.My strengths include marketing strategy development + implementation, account management/development, prospecting, event organization + execution in addition to strategic sales plan development.Throughout my University career and working in hospitality, I developed my love of people focused business and developed the skills to dive deeper into organization\'s needs to identify pain points in order to create solutions to fit my client’s unique challenges.
