ABOUT MELISSA THOMPSON BASTIN
I am an experienced clinical pharmacist and PhD trained researcher with over 15 years of experience in clinical pharmacy: internal medicine, pulmonary, nephrology, neuroscience and critical care. I currently serve as a Medical Science Liaison at Ipsen, specializing in rare liver disease, pediatrics. My medical affairs experience includes advancing patient-centered care through strategic scientific communication, facilitating human subjects research, and supporting evidence generation through my role as a health economic and outcomes research (HEOR) liaison.My commitment to evidence-based practices is complemented by board certifications and fellowships in critical care and clinical pharmacy.
