My current role covers areas such as enhancing our candidate attraction channels including the utilisation of job boards and social media. I manage the selection testing and assessment framework (including our bank of tools) which measure and assess candidate quality and capability. I also have responsibility for managing our Candidate Tracking System to include implementation and user training, as well as developing (and ensuring adherence to) a rigorous governance framework around all aspect of our recruitment budget, legal and regulatory requirements.
