Focal point for Harbour Energy Production Operations covering Jade, Judy, Jasmine & Britannia assets.Responsibilities include:• Scheduling and mobilising personnel and equipment associated client activities.• Assigning work and directing team (onshore and offshore) to complete repair, maintenance, lifting and inspection workscopes.• Managing all financial elements of the contract including WIP, invoicing and debt.• Engaging in daily operations, planning activities and offshore management visits.• Liaison with client, subcontractors and internal support teams. • Mentoring and assisting other members of the team to help achieve delivery and development.• Managing and supporting MOCs, ORAs and maintenance deferrals.• Line manager for multidisciplinary offshore core crew (10 POB)
