Lead aftermarket sales growth and commercial execution for LNG and Engineered Pumps projects through strategic quoting, contract development, and cross‑functional coordination.•Strategic Quotation & Order Execution: Manage quoting strategy and order execution for complex pump parts and overhaul projects, contributing to $7.7M in 2025 and $3M YTD 2026, while improving turnaround time, on-time service delivery, pricing accuracy, and customer acceptance. • Pump Repair & Overhaul Project Coordination: Oversee end-to-end execution of pump repairs and overhaul projects—from RFP through parts procurement, reassembly, and final delivery— coordinating between sales, vendors, and workshop teams—from initial RFP through parts procurement, reassembly, and final delivery. • Contract Development & Management: Draft, negotiate, and manage MSAs, LTSAs, and customer T & Cs—finalizing contracts up to $500K in alignment with scope, pricing, and operational requirements.• Customer Experience & Service Delivery: Serve as a key point of contact for aftermarket sales and service delivery, proactively resolving parts sourcing, pricing, and vendor-related challenges while driving coordinated service execution and high-quality customer outcomes.• Vendor & Equipment Lifecycle Management: Manage vendor performance and equipment service programs, ensuring contract compliance, timely delivery, and effective coordination across repair and maintenance activities.• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence: Developed standardized RFP/RFQ workflows and tools that improved quoting consistency, reduced cycle time, and strengthened service delivery execution.
