ABOUT MELISSA SCHNEIDER
Melissa Schneider is the founder of Resolution Counseling Center and Cultivate Therapy and employs more than 60 caring therapists serving NJ, NY, CT, and PA. She spent years working as a Wall St. wellness consultant and has a strong background in couples therapy and entrepreneurship. She is a seasoned speaker and published author with a passion for training excellent therapists and expanding the impact of the mental health industry. After the publication of her first book, The Ugly Wife Is A Treasure At Home: True Stories Of Love and Marriage in Communist China (Potomac Books, 2014), Melissa was invited to speak on international relationship trends by Oxford University, Business Insider, Carnegie Mellon University, the Freakonomics Podcast, Albert Einstein College of Medicine, and the Asian American Bar Association. Melissa holds a Masters in Clinical Social Work from Columbia University and has been in practice since 2006. She and her husband live in Jersey City, NJ with their family.
