As a customer service and sales leader, I love my work. Our team negotiates the most competitive pricing possible with the strongest SLA commitments in the business. I pride myself on building relationships, considering people over profits, speaking my truth, and always doing what’s right. It’s important my team and our partners maintain the same level of excellence every day, with each interaction. When I’m not on the job I’ve been described as a concert-going addict and Yankee-fanatic – I almost always have a live show or event on the horizon! Additionally, I find time to practice yoga and mindfulness, and I try to indulge my love of good food, wine, and travel whenever possible.
