ABOUT MELISSA SANDERSON

I am the founder and president of Mel Sanderson Consulting, an advisory service specializing in the concept I originated, ESG+, that helps boards and companies position themselves for sustainable success by coupling ESG practices with diversity, inclusion, and cultural knowledge. I am a geo-strategic expert and a seasoned and effective global manager with over 30 years of international experience in diplomacy, negotiation and business. I advise executive management and investors on strategic positioning, risk mitigation, political and economic analysis, business promotion, and economic development.I also serve as a board member for CVMR, a major international mining and processing technology company with exciting projects worldwide. I am also on the Board of American Rare Earths Limited (ARR), a mining company positioned to produce critical minerals for clean energy and technology from its Wyoming-based property. I am also co-Chair of the Critical Minerals Institute (CMI) a private sector group that advances innovation and collaboration in the critical minerals sector. I leverage my cross-cultural communication skills and my practice in inclusivity and diversity issues to find shared values and negotiate from a win-win perspective. I am passionate about helping businesses and investors thrive by adopting ethics, cultural diversity, and personal relationships as the foundations of sustainable growth.
