Summary I have 20+ years of higher education experience including roles as an Admissions Advisor, Director of Admissions. Associate Director of Transfer Admission and Account Manager. Partner Engagement/Account Management I was originally assigned a territory (Indiana and Illinois) that had no existing accounts and ongoing turnover with their account managers. Through the consistent cultivation of new accounts, along with establishing long term partnerships, I developed that territory into one that continually contributed to the university\'s goals and metrics with consistent inquiry generation and successful conversion rates. Community Relations My passion for connecting with the community and working with underserved communities has positioned me to be viewed by many local organizations as a true partner and resource provider. Leadership My strengths include the ability to develop team members through effective coaching and mentoring, while challenging them to achieve stretch goals. The result of these actions enabled me to lead teams to successful outcomes. I was selected to the President\'s Club (National Sales Club) three consecutive years. Military Relations It has been my honor to work with our military partners to assist their service members with their continuing education needs. I have had the opportunity to also work with veteran representatives to offer their clients career coaching and job search techniques as they transition to civilian life. Workforce Development My experience includes working with numerous workforce development initiatives to assist their clients with job search skills. My contributions varied from facilitating work search presentations to conducting resume reviews and providing career coaching. Personal Attributes Self-motivated, old school work ethic and the ability to adapt to change drives me to excel in my career.
