About Melissa Ray

I\'ve been very fortunate to have a successful 28 year career with roles in both the clinical and administrative sides of healthcare. My education and experience began as a Physical Therapy Specialist serving in the U.S. Army, and then transitioned into Administration as a Medical Systems Analyst and Trainer for a large multi-specialty medical group, as well as serving as their MSO Coordinator. This position led to an opportunity to serve as the Operations Manager for a large, national medical billing company, where I oversaw the billing operations for an award winning service center devoted to exceptional billing statistics and a high level of personalized service, while also focusing on meeting the unique needs of each Physician Practice, and the facilities and patients they serve. As a result of this role, I was offered the opportunity to serve as the Director of Practice Management for a large, private Radiology group, with a focus on revenue cycle management and operational efficiencies, data analytics, managed care analysis and contracting, and quality programs and compliance. I\'m extremely grateful for the opportunities I\'ve had to work with exceptional people and physician practices, and Company transitions have actually been the direct result of recruitment and opportunities to continue working with the same incredible groups and people!
