My role involves a lot of tasks. It involves leading groups, doing ministry within the church, leading an Intercessory prayer team, answering phones, being a face of leadership on Sunday mornings, praying with membership, handling the tithes, working with our Fellowship One and Planning center programs, keeping membership information up to date and all financial Info, working with our Pushpay program and entering our monthly tithes. I assist members with technical issues and work with our Right now media software and Pushpay; I assist with auto pays, etc. I interact with members weekly and pray with them. Coordinate funerals, weddings, and events with families and Sr Pastor. Work with Community Service forks and supervise them. I run our coffee ministry and handle our Benevolence ministry with a team. Handle the needs of the elders. Handle inspections, ex Fire, Grease Trap, Exit lights, Smoke Alarms, Backflow, etc. Handle the weekly emails and attend weekly staff meetings, pastoral meetings, and board meetings. Keep staff attendance reports. Keep social media going and create sermon rewind videos. Have all Tax and End of year tax documents available for membership. Order all cleaning and office supplies. Oversee pest control, cleaning teams, yard care, church van maintenance, PCI compliance Zip Zap Processing/Clover Application Form Yearly, Sysnet Once a year. I am a notary public for the state of Florida, etc, etc. I am positive I am missing many things but my role here is vast.
