   Lead team of analysts responsible for supporting ECU Health\'s HR technology. Direct the full software development life cycle for team projects. Partner with IT, leadership, stakeholders, teams, and vendors to design, implement, and maintain solutions that enhance and support team member experience, HR strategy and operations, and streamline processes. Key team accomplishments: HR Transformation – Transformed HR into shared services model to provide consistent, high value HR services. Project was structured in three workstreams – mgmt (to evaluate structure/resources), process (to standardize processes), and tech (to implement the supporting systems and automate processes). Led cross-functional team in agile implementation of ServiceNow HRSD – case, knowledge, and service portal. Designed 43 services (56 current), enabling HR to manage and analyze all HR services and interactions as well as provides customers with an easy-to-use portal to find HR information and submit requests. Conducted process mapping/redesign sessions with cross-functional teams. Implemented the Cisco Finesse system for effective call management. HCM Optimization – Implemented initiative to bring HCM system current, moved to mobile version, and leveraged new functionality to streamline HR processes. Moved 11 versions forward and included 30+ enhancements/new features. Onboarding – Implemented electronic onboarding, saving time for HR and creating a better experience for new team members. Recruiting – Implemented 4 new solutions: internal/external mobile-friendly apply workflow, new career website, sourcing and CRM, and job broadcasting. Analytics – Launched first of several interactive dashboards to provide leaders with easy access to HR data and metrics.
