Hi! I\'m Melissa, a people-first entrepreneur and full stack Typescript engineer. Also both a cat person and a dog person. My professional backstory skips from Real Estate broker to AutoCAD technician to software engineer, with a formal academic background in creative writing and English literature. This is going to sound over-the-top. But something very big is happening in the field of knowledge work right now. Industrial Revolution big. Not just generative AI, not just remote work or global interconnectivity, though they\'re (of course) powerful accelerants. There are enormous new opportunities - and awful unforeseen pitfalls - ahead, and nobody truly knows where or what shape they\'ll take yet. Not only is it unknown, it’s *unset.*The future is more malleable right now than it has been in over 100 years.This is why I\'m so excited to be working in this field.
